By purchasing the Match With Filipinas matchmaking service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Personalized Service

This is a highly personalized and labour-intensive service. Significant time, effort, and resources are invested in matching you with quality Filipina candidates. I will be working directly for you to ensure you receive as many matches as possible based on your preferences.

Non-Refundable Fee

The service fee of $3,000 USD and the $150 USD consultation fee are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. These fees cover the time, strategy, and outreach involved in providing your matches. Please be certain before making your booking.

Age Verification

I make every effort to ensure that all candidates matched with you are 18 years of age or older. However, we rely on the information provided by the candidates themselves. It is your responsibility to do your own due diligence, verify ages when necessary, and comply with all applicable local and international laws.

Your Responsibility – Due Diligence

It is your responsibility to conduct your own due diligence. While I assist and support you throughout the process, I do not personally know the women you are matched with and cannot guarantee their character, background, or intentions. You are advised to maintain a cautious and investigative mindset when engaging with matches. Once you have been matched, I am not responsible for the outcome, any issues that may arise, or the nature of your interactions. It is solely your responsibility to protect yourself, set clear boundaries, and make informed decisions throughout the relationship-building process.

No Financial Transactions

Do not send money to any candidates under any circumstances. Although most women involved have sincere intentions, there may be rare cases of individuals acting in bad faith. You are responsible for identifying and avoiding such individuals.

We Provide Matches – You Make the Decisions

Our role is to connect you with a pool of potential partners based on your preferences. Once introductions are made, the outcome of those connections is entirely your responsibility. You must take the time to get to know your matches, filter out those who are not a good fit, and pursue the ones who are.

Outcome Disclaimer

While I will work diligently to give you the best possible chance of success, I cannot and do not guarantee any specific result, including a successful relationship or marriage. The quality of the outcome depends heavily on your communication, discernment, and effort.

Facebook Requirement & Responsibility

To use this matchmaking service, you must have an active Facebook account and be willing to accept friend requests from matched candidates. This is mandatory, as all initial interactions and chats will take place within Facebook.
Facebook is incredibly popular and widely used in the Philippines, making it the primary platform where our candidates feel most comfortable engaging and communicating.

By proceeding with this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• While the majority of candidates are sincere, we are not responsible for the behavior, conduct, or communication of any matched candidate.
  
  

• Our role is to match you based on preferences and availability—we do not personally know or monitor the women you are introduced to.
  
  

• It is your responsibility to protect yourself, set appropriate boundaries, and exercise discretion at all times.
  
  

Limitation of Liability

By using this service, you agree that we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may arise from your participation in this matchmaking process. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, financial loss, misrepresentation, fraud, or any legal issues resulting from your communication, interactions, or relationships with matched candidates.
We act solely as a facilitator by introducing you to potential matches based on your stated preferences. We do not guarantee compatibility, outcomes, or the intentions or behaviors of the candidates. All interactions and decisions following the introduction are solely your responsibility.
By proceeding with this service, you accept full responsibility for your actions, communications, and relationship outcomes, and you release us from any and all claims, liabilities, or disputes that may arise from the matchmaking process.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet the requirements of this service or engages in inappropriate behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, providing false information or engaging in conduct that undermines the integrity of the service.

Service Modifications

I reserve the right to modify or discontinue the matchmaking service at any time without prior notice. In such a case, any paid service fees will be handled according to the terms of the service agreement at the time of cancellation.
